QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Min 1 yr industry experience working directly with HTML/ASP, etc programmers is essential. Versatility in abilities and creative outlook is key. Must be proficient in design on PC, and have MAC familiarity, with a thorough knowledge of the following applications: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Image Ready. Familiarity with HTML is preferred, but not required. Excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills (written and verbal) a must. Ability to create and layout web page designs. Convert image files from a variety of sources into web ready size and format, including formatting. Optimize graphics and design layout, develop content of Web pages. Clean up, crop and optimize photographed images, carry design themes throughout the site from home page to all ensuing levels. Provide additional creative impact on various online and off-line projects. Ability to work independently with self motivation and initiative as well as work with Creative Director to conceptualize and produce design assignments online and offline.
