Return Policy
 
Shoppingart wants every shopping experience to be convenient, effortless and fun! To ensure this, we stand behind the quality of all our products with 100% satisfaction guaranteed on every purchase.
It is Shoppingart's goal for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in resellable condition, or if parts are missing it is subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. We will replace any item (subject to availability) or issue you a full refund -- it's your choice! Refunds will be issued 7-14 days from return date and in the same method as the order was paid.
All products must be returned in original packaging. If we here made a mistake, Shoppingart will also refund the shipping and handling charges. However, if no mistake on our part was made and you simply wish to return your purchase, the item must be returned at your own expense.
To better serve you, we ask you to email us and let us know why your order is being returned. You will receive a return authorization number via email as soon as possible. When you return the item please include the return authorization number on the return address label. Items returned without a proper return authorization number will not be accepted.

How to return an item:
1.) Item must be returned in shipping box and original packaging material.
2.) Include the return portion of your invoice and the above form with this item.
3.) Ship the package to the return address, making sure it is the only address showing on the box. We recommend that you ship the order through the carrier that brought the item to you, (UPS, USPS, Large Item Carrier) prepaid and insured for your own protection. We will not accept COD shipments. Make sure that the return authorization number is on the return address label.
4.) Please keep your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or refund.
