Shipping Information
US Shipping Information
  • Most items that are in stock are shipped the next business day. No deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Items that are parcel sized should arrive at your house in 3-7 business day depending on where you live. In the event of a delay, we will notify you. Large size items that are shipped via truck, with inside delivery, arrive in 10-21 days. Please see notes at the bottom of the page concerning arrangements for large item deliveries. Tracking information for your order can be received upon request via email when your order is shipped. This will make it convenient for you to track your order.
  • All shipping and handling cost in the Continental US is determined by the average weight and size of the packaged product ordered. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated in the confirmation page of the order process for your approval.
  • The time frame of the delivery is not guaranteed, but it will depend on the order itself. Nevertheless, an estimated product shipping time will be given. Some of our products are not sent from the same shipping center. In the case of several orders shipping from multiple shipping centers, the shipping time is calculated per product. If your order has several items with different availabilities you should use the longest availability time in your order. For instance, if your order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.
  • Shipping through express couriers is available upon customer request. During US holidays, order delivery might be delayed. Saturday and Sunday are not to be considered in transit time.
  • In case of an address error due to inaccuracies inputted by the customer, charges for shipping and handling will be reapplied.
  • On large item deliveries the carrier will be advised to call to set up an appointment for delivery. The carrier will not uncrate any product. Haziza will not be responsible for any additional fees for redeliveries.

  • Haziza assumes no responsibility for safe arrival after goods have been transferred to the carrier . Haziza will insure all shipments for the purchased price value.
  • Inspect product at time of delivery if there is any visible damage or shortage to the outside packaging it must be notated on the delivery receipt. If the damage is concealed it must be reported immediately to Haziza. Claims made after 10 calendar days of receipt cannot be honored.
  • Do not dispose of the shipper cartons until you have inspected all merchandise for damage! If you discover a damage call or email Haziza and ask for customer service.

    International shipping information
  • International shipping and handling rates are determined by destination, weight and size of the product. Since international shipping rates are determined by various factors, international shipments would require your approval before we complete the processing of your order. After your authorization of the shipping rate is received and affirmed, the purchase processing will be finalized.
  • Additional local government taxes/duties such as importation taxes may be imposed on the product once it reaches your country. Those taxes/duties are not in Haziza's control, and are not included in the total price of the product.
  • All products that are being exported out of the US require an accurate value declaration to the US Customs Service. In this case, declaring a product to be of lesser value would be illegal, and all requests to do so will not be honored.
  • All declared value for insurance is in US dollars.
