Studio To Exhibit At San Francisco Design And Furnishings Show 1/19-1/22/2001 Sun Valley, CA: The magnificent art and furniture works of master artist Shlomi Haziza will be on display at the San Francisco Design And Furnishings Show from January 19th through January 22nd 2001. The H. Studio exhibit is in the Concourse building in showroom #550. Many new and exciting things will be available for the first time at the show, including H. Studio's massive new catalog, featuring full-color pictures of H. Studio's entire line. It is interesting to note that 5 years ago, when H. Studio presented its previous book it opened with pieces that included brushed aluminum and steel combined with acrylic infused with precious metal powders. In the five years since, interior design trends have followed, and now the designs of 5 years ago have caught up with the times and look amazingly current. In the new catalog, there is now a complete line of designs created from these now-popular materials, and you will also be able to see the future of art and furniture in exciting new editions. H. Studio will also be exhibiting brand new designs, including new sculpture designs and Haziza's signature waterfalls. New to the line are two dynamic sculptures inspired by natural phenomena: "Hurricane" and "Tornado." The two sculptures are rendered in crystal-clear acrylic, and give the appearance of a vortex of spiral motion. Also being introduced is an amazing, colorful sculpture entitled "Dancing," inspired by the graceful motion of Middle-Eastern belly dancers. "Dancing" has both an illusion of movement and thanks to unique techniques changes color depending on the observer's point of view. About Shlomi Haziza: Mr. Haziza has been creating interesting and distinctive artwork since his youth. From painted rocks to collages made with found objects, to finally the distinctive and innovative materials including acrylic, brushed aluminum, steel and chrome that are part of his current works, he has been constantly involved in the creative process. As entrepreneurial as he is creative, Mr. Haziza is always looking for the new. His spirit translates directly into his work, which ranges from high-end sophistication to delightful whimsy.
