For Immediate Release Shoppingart.Com 8640 Tamarack Avenue Sun Valley, CA 91352 United States Of America info@shoppingart.com Dateline: Sun Valley, CA – H. Studio and artist, Shlomi Haziza, who is known for original works of art and rich sculptural designs in the studio’s signature material of cast acrylic, is expanding it offerings in occasional furniture. “We want our customers, especially those whose focus is in home furnishings and interior design, to rely on H. Studio for clean, contemporary, and transitional occasional furniture,” remarks, Oded Paz, EVP. H. Studio recently introduced several new cocktail, console, and accent tables last October and has slated three new groups to debut in San Francisco in January. The new groups add occasional upholstered seating including benches and bar stools. The new table collections are geared towards a more transitional customer. “We’ve purposefully omitted color in many of these new groups,” states Paz, “in an effort to create furniture designs that will more easily blend with a variety of home furnishings.” Color, however, is prevalent in the new occasional seating, which is being introduced by H. Studio. The new Button Bench is 49 inches long and 20 inches in depth of lush lavender buttoned upholstery, which floats above four clear cast acrylic tapered legs. Paz says that the design is really traditional although the contemporary design elements lend themselves towards a very eclectic feeling. “Eclecticism speaks to a very savvy customer,” states artist and H. Studio founder, Shlomi Haziza. Continuing he says, “Today’s consumer lives with their furnishings more than in the past. Living rooms today are lived in, not just looked at. Design today allows the consumer a great freedom of expression to mix styles for eclectic and personal interiors.” H. Studio’s new series of Gumdrop barstools is a good example. Angled and tapered clear cast acrylic legs are surrounded by a circular bright nickel finished metal footrest and capped with colorful and tall cushioned upholstered seating. The design is extremely Retro inspired and works beautifully in the great rooms of America’s homes. “This is where most people actually live today, in their great rooms,” says Paz. New occasional tables include the “Queen” console, which stands 29 inches high and features three gracefully curved and beveled clear cast acrylic legs. The “Star” dinette table showcases a multi-faceted clear design, which incorporates symmetry in its style. The “Tusks” dinette table returns to graceful curves and wide bevels. H. Studio creates dramatic seating with its “Crown” dining chairs made of cast acrylic and upholstered seats in a variety of soft neutral colors. “These designs don’t look futuristic, like a spaceship or anything,” says Paz. This merchandise will complement many of our customer’s other furniture lines and should create a good amount of turns at retail for them,” he adds. For further information contact Oded Paz at H. Studio at 818-767-8448 or at paz@hstudio.com. Visit the studio on the Internet at www.hstudio.com or in San Francisco in January at the Concourse. #### |
